pole headline at Ackland Park
I saw this headline on the street pole and I was very much interested in reading it. When reading it the Pastor actualy promised to raise the deceased.Then i ask myself what exatly is the function of a pastor?

To go around making certain promises is certanly not setting good examples. Yes a man of God must be able to perfom miracles only to show the power of God, not empwering themselves. How true is it that the pastor actually promised to raise the dead? As we all Know that Daily Sun is actuallly not a credible source. The thing that really worries me is that the media frames certain things to the society . They have framed the pastor as a person who raises the dead. That's not what a pastor is ordained to do. How long will the media continue to brainwash our minds on meaning of things? Especially christianity. The media give thier own definition of what christianity is and I am definately sure that these definitions they give are not what in reality christianity is.
i disagree. as much as the pastor has a right to say what he wants so does the media (freedom of speech) there have been incidents whereby pastors have taken advantage of people in need promising them change etc it is the media's responsibility in making sure that people are aware of such cases , therefor answer this was the media wrong in exposing this man who claims to have ''power to change'' ?they do this to make people are aware that not everyone has good intentions out there even if they use the bible or rather Gods name.
ReplyDeletei understand you that there are actually people who imitate pastors but the media has so much power ,they are actually labelling the pastors.
