 And the winner is............KHAYA MTHETHWA.There have been doubts that Khaya Mthethwa will be the first balck idol in South Africa. Many did not trust that IdolsSA is not racist. Perceptions were that there will never be a balck Idols.Some say because black people do not vote. But all that is proven to be wrong because Khaya won. Many are short of words because of this.Khaya Mthethwa a Joyous celebraion singer who is a born again Christian has broke the record on Idols with many followers . Everyone was campaining for him to win. That is:

*Ntokozo Mbambo- also a Durbanite gospel singer
*Joyous Celebration - Gospel group
*Sizwe Dhlomo- presenter
*DJ Tira - a Dj and his whole team Afrotainment
With all this support Khaya got through  the competition and succeeded Melissa. But the sad thing  is people are still complaining even if he has won. Still asking questions on how he won. I  guess complaining will never end.  People just do not know what they want. A black Idol they say,when he wins  why Khaya? well him because he have talent and was destined to be the winner.

CROWN GOSPEL MUSIC AWARDS

Gospel power house production is yet bringing you the SABC Crown Gospel music awards 2012http://cgma.co.za/. These awards focus on the gospel industry. For the past five years gospel artists have been crowned for their contribution to the gospel industry. This year it is reported that this event will be huge and the categories have been increased to 31.This event will be on 13 November 2012 at the Durban ICC and the tickets are now available. However the nominees have not been announced they will be announced on the 11 October 2012. This event is led by a great woman of God Zanele Mbokaki. A motivator and true inpsiration to everyone. It was very nice of them to think of such a great idea to crown gospel artists. In the previous years gosepel artists could only get awards in the SAMAs and that plartform for them was very limited. One or two catergories so, a limited number of artists were awarded. Let us continue to support our South African gospel artist for their wondreful work . Dreams and goals are shuttered ,BOOM! Every door is locked . Where should you turn ? How would you go forward? Well, we tend to give up hope and think its over but with Khaya Mthethwa it was just a lesson to be patient with God and himself.To always strive to do more than the disappointments you get. To stand up and contact God when these situations stand out to get you. Music is his life . He was destined to be a song to the world and to  minister to people through music. He is the 'it" guy .but  is he going to be the first black idol in South Africa? With most  of the celebrities   campaigning for him to win this. It is all possible. Some may question this and say there will never be a black idol in South Africa .  

 Everyone wants a bit of him, they all talking about him. Everyone wants a glimpse of him. Every print wants to write about him, every radio station wants to talk interview him and every brand wants him to endorse them. Khaya Mthethwa is the future ,they say. He was the  last person to be auditioned on the Idols Durban auditions, the last man standing. However the judges were mesmerized and wanted more of him.  Early this July Sunday world wrote a story about Jabu Hlongwane who is a pastor at Cross Ministries in Sandton and a co-founder of Joyous Celebration which is the most selling gospel group in South Africa .The group that gives young artists a platform to showcase their talents. According to comments in the article a lot of  his fans are very upset about this scandal but some do no believe such allegations.Those that do not believe what the media published  , is it because they now perceive the media as tigers that are hungry to sabotage a person or they are just faithful fans? This I am saying because a lot of times we see the same people who are being eaten by the media being interviewed . They all are singing the same song that media are always looking for some stories they even make up stories in order to make money. One would even say some are running away from the truth and blame media. This controversy will never end its actually a blame-blame situation . The sad part though is that we as the audience remain confused to what exactly is the real truth. We are being used terrible by both the media and celebrities.

  Lady Gaga is coming to South Africa ,apparently not everyone is pleased about that.There is a group on facebook that has been created by christians in order to stop Lady Gaga from coming to South Africahttp://www.channel24.co.za/Music/News/Lady-Gaga-coming-to-SA-20120618.  They have created a petition in which all people who do not want this popstar singer to come to South Africa have to sign it. Social media is rapidly growing and helping many people to drive out their messages across. Many are creating public opinion through these plartforms. South African christians are doing it,they say that they do not want t his artist to come and perform because its being said she is a confessed satanistand a very bad influence to the youth. I say yes , she is a satanist. lets consider her videos:

What ever you may call it it does not seem rihgt to me. True Christianity implies that you leave all the earthly things, these include going to parties , being sexual active and disrespecting among other things. Don't you think that if we all lived such a life a world would be a better place? All the things that are happening now would not be happening . For instance, the high percentage of teenage pregnancy. According Siyanqoba beat it one in three teenager fall pregnant each and everyday.Also in 2006 registered live births in the Department of home affairs were 13346 119 and 158 842 being teenage mothers. If we could just live by true faith and true christianity this problem would decrease.This problem is leading our youth to not complete schooling . I saw this headline on the street pole and I was very much interested in reading it. To go around making certain promises is certanly not setting good examples. Yes a man of God must be able to perfom miracles only to show the power of God, not empwering themselves. How true is it that the pastor actually promised to raise the dead? As we all Know that Daily Sun is actuallly not a credible source. The thing that really worries me is that the media frames certain things to the society . They have framed the pastor as a person who raises the dead. That's not what a pastor is ordained to do. How long will the media continue to brainwash our minds on meaning of things? Especially christianity. The media give thier own definition of what christianity is and I am definately sure that these definitions they give are not what in reality christianity is.

This is not the first time they do so. There was also an advertisement that was about Christianity where the Angels where said to have wings because they drank red bull .I really find it very disturbing for red bull to belittle christianity like this. When ask to comment the communication department of red bull said that they where just kidding around. Where do you begin to build your communication strategy on such a risky topic as this? Why do you kid on things like this? Well this kidding has surely destroyed their reputation because many christians are not ever going support it. A Catholic Bishop has even argued christians to stop supporting it. Their communication managers are surely against religion. Why do they continue using christianity even if they were banned the first time around? I really do not understand. THE LIGHT OUTSHINES THE DARKNESS

                                              

In the beggining God saw that the light was good he seperated it from the darkness, Genesis 1 verse four .What exatly is the light and what is darkness? The light is defined as  everything that is bright ,visible to the eye,clear and bright. The darkness is the absence of light . all the things that are not clear, they are gloomy, blank and not visible. When God created the world why did he seperate the two? Why was the light good than the darkness? When it is night the lights go out and it is very scary to stay in the night/darkness. John 12 verse 25 says that a man that walks in the dark does not know where he is going. can you see that the darkness has no good things at all ,that is why god saw the light as good . Biblically a person who is not saved is compared to the man that is walking in the darkness. it is so because if you are living to satisfy your flesh you have not yet seen the light, you do not have any authority over your flesh but it owns you. If you are in the dark do not despair there is a saver who will take you away from the darkness and walk you in the light. It is Jesus Christ.      What is easter and what does it exatly mean ? easter is actually a christians feast in which they celebrate the ressureaction of Jesus Christ on the day that he was crucified on calvary. In   which on the third day he rose from the dead. He became the ransom where paul said in the book of corinthians. Why don't we adopt that and create new lives out of bad situations and challenges. The people that killed Jesus thought that they were wiser that him but the were not. Use your situations as your scapegoat to new beginnings. Also Jesus humbled himself even if he was mocked , he kept his cool. Also keep your cool in everything and you will rise some day. Finally whatever we think about ourselves tend to become true,so think positively about yourself.                                                                      

FORGIVENESS

When you say you have forgiven someone ,have you really forgiven them? or do you forgive them because they have asked for your forgiveness or because its the right and honorable thing to do that God tells us to? or when you forgive them you have expetations that they won't repeat the same mistakes they did? Forgiveness is defined as an act of stop feeling angry or resentful  towards a person who has wronged you or hurt you.In the book of mattew 6 verse 14 to 16 Jesus commands us  to forgive so that  we will also be forgiven . Is that the main reason why we forgive ? Jesus also said that if your brother sins you even seven times we must forgive him . In our nature we do not overflow with mercy ,grace and forgiveness. But when we have acceptde the holy spirit we are given the Holy spririt  fruits. The fruits of the holy spirit are LOVE, JOY, PEACE ,LONGSUFFERING, KINDNESS, GOODNESS  , FAITHFULNESS, GENTLENESS  and SELF CONTROL.http://www.bible-knowledge.com/fruits-of-the-holy-spirit/. All these are what Jesus has and what he went through .These fruits helps us along the way to forgive people. In forgiving a person you do not just help them but you help yourself, You bring freedom,Joy and happiness to yourself. Juanita Bynum ,a lecturer, recording artist, an author, conference host, entrepreneur and a pastor in her own ministry. This woman is not only successful but a servant of  God. She has gone through a lot of disturbing things but she still has power to carry on.one would ask ,where does she get such strength to do all these things?In the book of Isaiah 41 verse 10 and Philippians 4 verse 13 it states that with God's strenght we can do all things and that he keeps on giving us strenght. Juanita Bynum has been married twice and divorced for the same reason .In both her marriadges she was domestically abused. But why because she married a bishop ? Its not about being a Bishop but repentence. Jesus was talking to his dicsiples and they asked him who will inherite heaven. His answer was ,"anyone who does not repent will never see or experience the
kingdom of God".

Loosing two marriage was rather a lesson to her.
